| Ideally, the ability to post X3 should only be avaialable on and after day 120. This kicks off a 30 day periord for country approval. If approved via R3, the requirement is waived and the contractor can resume working the requisition. Without R3 approval, the requision should age into AC4 cancellation. Quotes and contracts cannot be posted while on X3 delay. |
